Liz grew up in Levant, Maine and started at the South Portland Back in Motion® clinic in 2006. She graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine with a concentration in Athletic Training. Liz started as a Rehab Tech and has held a variety of positions throughout the years. She moved back to the Bangor area in 2018 to help grow the Back in Motion brand.  Liz is a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism and participates in archery and thrown weapons, as well as creating historical garb, food, and crafts. She enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, traveling, tabletop games, learning about science and history, singing karaoke, and dancing up a storm!
